QUALIFICATIONS: With a background in architectural design, Bruno has over 30 years experience in the condo industry. Prior to establishing Corpland Contracting in 1994, Bruno worked for various architectural firms and condominium developers in project management, where he oversaw projects up to 150 million dollars. He currently sits on the Executive Associate Committee of ACMO (Association of Condo Managers of Ontario) where he has been a member for the last 10 years. In 2008 he received the honour of the President's Award from Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario. He also sits on the conference committee for CCI (Canadian Condominium Institute). Bruno is truly inspired by architecture and enjoys the challenge of incorporating its aspects into daily condo living.

RULE TO LIVE BY: If there is any one secret of success, it lies in the ability to get the other person's point of view and see things from that person's angle as well as from your own.

ROLE: Project Management

QUALIFICATIONS: Tony is a valuable team leader with over 27 years of experience in every aspect of the construction industry. He is an electrician by trade, and has a background in Landscape design. As Project Manager he is responsible for balancing the construction forces and the client's expectations. With diligence and passion he gets the job done... with time and budget in mind!!!

Suzie

ROLE: Business Contract Development

AKA: Suzie Q, B squared

LOVES: good wine, good food, traveling>>> anywhere there is Sun and the ocean.

CANNOT STAND: Anything messy, people who start something and don't finish it, confined small spaces.

FOUND IN HER SPARE TIME: Taking bike rides while contemplating life, she is inspired by the purity of beautiful things.

CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT: Her camera, a French manicure and her fashion jewelry.

QUALIFICATIONS: Suzie has more than 20 years of Sales & Customer Service experience; she has a gift for combining creative consulting with logistical balancing and following everything through to create a lasting impression. Her middle name is "follow up"! Her views and beliefs are simple... you get out what you put into something, therefore prioritizing and strategizing are her strong points. She has the ability to listen and interpret what a client is actually looking for therefore making her an important member of our sales and design team.

Halcyon

ROLE: Marketing Development

QUALIFICATIONS: Halcyon studied Business and has completed her degree in Marketing. Prior to joining with Corpland, she worked as a Graphic designer in a creative marketing team to which she resolves much of her creative growth to have been derived from. She prides herself in being organized and detail oriented, yet realizes LIFE is unpredictable, and no one survives it anyways... so have fun... live, laugh, learn! =)

Annalisa

ROLE: Designer

FAVORITE SAYING: "Anything is possible"

AKA: Chiquita

LOVES: Traveling, Cultural Architecture, anything shiny, designer purses (who doesn't), anything or anyone whom came out of the Bauhaus in Germany.

CANNOT STAND: traffic, computer malfunctions, and smog

FOUND IN HER SPARE TIME: reading the latest book, driving around the GTA taking pictures of other people's houses, and finding deals on the internet for her next vacation destination.

CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT: her morning coffee and AutoCAD

QUALIFICATIONS: Annalisa has studied architecture prior to receiving her degree in Interior Design. She is currently a member of ARIDO (Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario). She has five years of prior experience before joining the Corpland team, where she worked on commercial, residential and hospitality design. Annalisa's designs are creative, maximizing the use of space, by deceiving the eye if necessary while also paying close attention to lighting, which can make or break a space. She is also well versed in various cultural design as she traveled extensively visiting the most of the Asia's, Australia & New Zealand, Fiji, the Caribbean, India, Israel, and every country in Europe picking up design tips along the way. Through her knowledge of products, love of design and understanding of individuality she can help you find the comfort or drama, style or subtlety that defines your individual space.

ROLE: University Marketing Intern

QUALIFICATIONS: Tanya is currently studying business administration at the University of Guelph with a goal of graduating with a major in marketing. Here at Corpland Tanya spends her days dealing with aspects of all departments within the company.
