Party Room Refurbishment

Old parquet floor was removed and replaced with walnut colored engineered flooring. New wall coverings where installed throughout, while a fireplace was added to create visual interest. Storage served to be an obstacle so our designers created space for a separate room as well as added a coat closet for guests. The kitchen was brightened by installing a new backsplash and facing, and to complete the job, new furniture and art work was chosen and placed to give this outdated space a trendier air for gatherings and social functions.

Library Refurbishment

The previous library / reading area was over crowded with furniture and books. The conditions of the seating area were aged and worn out, while the wall coverings proved to be cold and uninviting. Lighting consisted of florescent fixtures which only contributed to the coldness of the space.

A complete renovation was to be received. New broadloom and wall coverings were installed to create a warm atmosphere. The design concept was inspired by the newly intended sofa to be purchased in place of the old. End tables and updated artwork were purchased to compliment the room’s new layout which was rearranged by the designer to be more functional and space efficient for residents.

Recessed lighting was installed as a crowning finish to the room, softening and creating an overall calmness to the space.

10 Torresdale Avenue

Recreational Hallway Refurbishment

The hallway was the main focus for this particular project. It was dark and appeared aged with the conditions of the carpet. This hall way connects all recreational rooms including the pool, party room, change rooms, gym as well as the parking level. The issues were solved by replacing the broadloom with elegant marble tile. We installed new mouldings and decor items such as benches to reflect the elegance of the existing building. All trim and doors also received a paint color to suite the new color scheme.
