Oliver Residence: Bathroom and Unit Renovation
This was a complete bathroom renovation that the client gave our designer free creative reign over. There was old plumbing issues which had to be addressed initially, however once completed our designers planned seamlessly their re-design. The entire bathroom was re-tiled and modern fixtures replaced the old to brighten and update quickly the small space.

Hausman Residence: Kitchen Renovation
Prior to the project’s commencement, the client for this particular project had voiced specific styles and colors schemes which they had envisioned for in the kitchen area. The overall design was established by having the owner collaborate with the designer; who was then able to guide the individual along to materialize their rough ideas and concepts completely.
Outdated and in need of an update; the inadequate florescent lighting and ceiling tiles was replaced with a more appealing dry-wall ceiling. Halogen light fixtures were then installed providing ambient lighting within the space. The wall between the kitchen area and living room was removed to create an open concept living / eating area. New cabinetry replaced the old as a finishing touch to what was once an uninviting space.

The pictures above are depicting what was a small den in a condo that was converted to a bedroom. This was achieved by removing the wall and inserting by fold decorative doors that allowed flexibility on privacy as well as becoming a design element for the adjacent living room.

The pictures above depict the same condo. By finishing the walls with new mouldings, the entire room was upgraded, with a more polished feel as a result.
O'Neill Residence: Home Renovation
After Renovation:
The images above are photos taken of a home renovation before the furniture was re-installed into the space. The kitchen was fully gutted and new cabinetry, appliances, countertops and flooring was installed. The picture to the far right is showing the custom mouldings installed throughout the hallways.
These pictures show the strong attention to details, cove ceilings, recessed lighting, detailing in the walls.
