Channer Residence: Kitchen, Bath and Living Space Renovation

• The particular project was recently acquired, and is now in its' preliminary design stages. The client has met with our designers both at his place of residence, as well as at Corpland's Studio. Design boards are being created for their upcoming meeting. Tune in for further updates in the near future as this project advances.

Palace Gates

• Corpland Contracting has recently acquired Palace Gates as its’ most recent project. We are currently in the planning stages to address the main lobby area, concierge, and gym amenities. Our designers have met with Board Members to review and discuss preliminary design options, as well as material selections.

Oliver Residence

• Complete Washroom renovation including new tiling & paint, all new fixtures and finishes and a custom glass shower enclose
• Kitchen Vinyl flooring was removed and new ceramic tiles were installed as well as the kitchen was given a fresh coat of paint
• Living room area / hallway / bedroom received new laminate flooring throughout and all rooms were given a coat of paint in various colours to match the room.
